Q : Do you have a Free Trial period?

Yes, we have a 14 days Free Trial period when you Sign-Up. You have the option of converting your Free Trial Pro Basic account to a paid account for the Pro, Pro Enterprise and Pro Enterprise Plus plans at any time during the Free Trial period.

Q : Are there any restrictions during the Free Trial period?

Yes, there are some restrictions during the Free Trial period. But not in terms of features. Only the number of JDs, User logins and active Vendors that you get to add are restricted. Free Trial gives you access to all the Pro Enterprise features of the platform. But you can have Maximum 10 Open JDs | Maximum 3 User Logins | Maximum 5 active Vendors. All of our customers have found this to be adequate to make up their mind about whether they want to continue using the platform or not (and thankfully, they all have!) after the Free Trial period.

Q : What happens after the Free Trial period?

Once your Free Trial period expires, your account will continue to be covered under the Pro Basic - Free Forever plan. So you will lose access to the features under the paid plans (Pro and Pro Enterprise) unless you upgrade.

Q : Is the Pro Basic - Free Forever plan really free?

Yes, the Pro Basic - Free Forever plan is really free. If you can work with the restrictions in this plan (Maximum 10 Open JDs | Maximum 3 User Logins) without any vendor support, you don't have to pay us ever.

Q : How do the restrictions in the Pro Basic - Free Forever plan work?

In the Pro Basic - Free Forever plan, you cannot have more than 10 Open JDs or more than 3 User Logins. But you can close your Open JDs and add new ones if you have used up all 10 Open JDs. Your users can share the logins. That way, you can stretch and keep it Free Forever.

Q : How does subscription renewal work?

Once you have subscribed to one of the paid plans (Pro, Pro Enterprise and Plus), you will receive notification for renewal of your subscription as per your billing cycle (monthly, quarterly or annually), unless you cancel your subscription. As long as you continue to pay the subscription renewal amount for either of the paid plans, you can continue to use them. If you discontinue to pay the subscription renewal amount or cancel your subscription, your account will get blocked and only the account admin/s can login to be able to make a payment in case you want to use the platform again.

Q : What will happen if I cancel my subscription before my billing cycle is completed?

You can cancel your subscription at any point during your billing cycle. But since you would have already paid for the current plan (Pro or Pro Enterprise), your plan will continue till the end of your billing cycle. Once the billing cycle is over, your account will get blocked and only the account admin/s can login to be able to make a payment in case you want to use the platform again.

Q : Can I reactivate my account after cancelling my subscription?

Yes, you can. Once your billing cycle is over and you have not renewed your subscription, your account will get blocked and only the account admin/s can login to be able to make a payment in case you want to use the platform again.

Q : What if I want to add a new user login in my account in the middle of the billing cycle?

Well, you will have to make an additional payment for the new user login on pro rata basis for the number of remaining days till the next billing cycle. And from the next billing cycle, your plan will include additional user logins as well and you will be charged accordingly. However, you cannot have more than 10 User Logins for the Pro plan. So, in such a situation, we will have to help you upgrade to the Enterprise plan.

Q : How do we make payments?

You can make payment through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking etc. Our team will assist you in this matter when you are ready.
